If you are a PhD student who would like to take part in a study programme exploring the Christian intellectual tradition and how you can serve Christ in academia today, you’re invited to try out the Fellows Programme, an annual scholarship programme for up to 10 PhD students, run in partnership with Forming A Christian Mind, Cambridge. The seminars have a hybrid format (in person and online), allowing both students in Cambridge and those based elsewhere to take part.
Successful applicants meet weekly between January and June in term-time, and each week, a different senior evangelical academic speaks on an aspect of serving Christ in the academy. The programme also provides you with support for writing an essay about your field from a Christian perspective, and for developing an evangelistic talk moving from the questions of your field toward the introduction of Christianity and the person of Christ.
