Whether you love creating meaningful experiences and moments, analysing data and improving systems or communicating complex concepts in simple, clear and engaging ways, within our People team, there is a role for you. Relay+ is the perfect opportunity to explore a variety of projects across HR disciplines and we have planned the role with intentional flexibility to suit your interests.
You’ll need to be enthusiastic about people, thoughtful about adding value and committed to our goal of ensuring all our people can pursue our vision with confidence and joy. We’ll tailor the role to fit your skills and the areas you’d like to grow in, and make sure you get thorough feedback and close mentoring throughout the year.
It’s an exciting year to work with our People team - we’re launching a new People Strategy in 2025 and we can give you opportunities across reward, wellbeing, internal communications, change management, safeguarding, recruitment or HR operations.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to gather ideas, identify problems and offer solutions. You will be able to project manage ideas from inception through development and testing to delivery. You will enjoy thinking about how to apply the grace of the gospel to all aspects of how we work together at UCCF.
Some possible projects you could work on:
The role will be primarily based in UCCF’s Oxford office, though for the right applicant we’d be happy to chat about more of a hybrid arrangement. Please note: this opportunity is not automatically available and is dependent on a range of factors, including team capacity.
Even if you don’t know loads about HR please apply – we would love to start a conversation about what Relay+ HR could look like for you!
