Steve manages and maintains Blue Boar House on behalf of its owners UCCF and IFES. Front of house duties also allow for contact with many other organisations both Christian and secular through the hiring of rooms in the building which helps maintain a healthy relationship with the people of Oxford.
Steve believes that Buxton water is second to none; he may be biased given he was both born there and brought up in the Peak District. He is determined not to let his move south interfere with his broad Derbyshire twang (he may be right too as married to his wife from N Ireland for approx. three decades has changed him but not his accent).
Steve has served in the Christian charity sector now for many years; formerly in a support role for a tribal church planting organisation and now enjoys a support role allowing others to focus more in supporting students reaching students with the good news of the gospel.
