Projects and Resources Manager and Data Protection Officer.
Rachel is originally from Swansea where she was born and raised. When the time came to go to university, she ventured further north into the Welsh countryside to study Psychology in Aberystwyth. This became a second home for the next eight years. During her time as a student Rachel grew in her understanding and love for the Lord, serving in the CU was a big part of that. It led her to stay and do Relay and then as a Staff Worker supporting Aber and Lampeter CU. She loved working closely alongside the students and seeing the Lord work in and through them in their time at university and in their lives beyond.
Her love for the work led her to continue on with UCCF making her biggest move to date, over the border. Rachel joined the UCCF office team in Oxford 2021. She is part of the Logistics team managing various resources and projects that help resource the wider fellowship and students. She loves that she can use all she has learnt so far to help this important and wonderful work. When she’s not working, Rachel is out adventuring in the countryside, spending time with her friends or taking on new creative projects.
