Relay Worker in our Scotland region.
Grace is doing Relay in Edinburgh, supporting the Christian Union in Queen Margaret University.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.
Hello! I am Grace, and I have just finished studying Wildlife Conservation at the University of West England in Bristol. CU has been a big part of my life at university, allowing me to grow in my faith and how I share it with others.
For this upcoming year, I am excited to have the opportunity to move to Edinburgh to work alongside the CU at Queen Margaret University. I look forward to seeing what God has planned for the students at QMU, those involved with CU, and those with whom we will share the gospel. It will be amazing to join students at different points of their faith journey and help them as they either get to know God for the first time or delve deeper.
I am also looking forward to my own growth over this year as I spend time on my personal studies, which will involve spending more time with God. This year will also allow me to rely more on God as it is a voluntary position, meaning that I will depend on support for living and ministry expenses. Throughout this year, I will constantly reflect on what I am doing. As part of this, I will write regular prayer letters to get continual support through prayer.
I would love to hear from you if you have more questions or would love to partner with me in either praying or finacially, which you can do using the links on this page.
