Benedict grew up in London and Cambridge before studying Theology at King's College London where he was part of the Christian Union. Before joining UCCF he spent time working for a local church.
Benedict joined UCCF as a Staff Worker for Warwick, Coventry and Northampton in 2014. As part of his time as a Staff Worker, Benedict was part of the Relay Team where his passion for investing in the development of others grew. Subsequently he led the Relay programme, from 2017, for seven years. From 2021 Benedict also led our ministry equipping students and recent graduates to consider how the Lordship of Christ over all of life equips us to live and speak for Christ with integrity and passion. Since Jan 2023 Benedict has served as a Director within the fellowship, taking on the role as Director of Ministry Operation in Jan 2024 in which he works with department leaders to give voice and tools to national and regional ministries so that together we can fulfil our vision to see the campuses of Great Britain reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ!
Benedict lives in Warwick, with his wife Ruth and children Emma and Reuben. He is an elder at Myton Church and when not working, he can be found reading, gardening and doing DIY.
