UCCF is seeking a Head of Finance to join our Office Team based in central Oxford.

Do you excel at providing strategic financial guidance and managing financial operations? Are you skilled in financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning? Do you have a passion for leading a team and ensuring sound financial management?

The Head of Finance role is a key senior position in our nation-wide student ministry, which seeks to reach every student with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in senior finance roles and will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with up-to-date CPD. Your remit is to oversee the financial aspects of UCCF, including budgeting, financial reporting, audit processes, and regulatory compliance. You will manage the Accounts Team, ensuring a professional, customer service-focused, and capable team. You will also provide strategic financial policy advice and ensure the financial commitments of UCCF are met.

The details of the role

• £43,781- £51,486 depending on experience

• 30 days annual leave, plus public holidays
