Coming to Forum this year? Need a way to get there? If you are coming from London or want to get back there - we have a coach for you!

We're aiming to make this the easiest and most cost-effective way to get to and from Forum.

Costs and deadline

£37 per journey

The booking deadline is Friday 15 August 2025 at midnight - but seats are likely to sell out before then. Book now to make sure you get a place!

Pick-up and drop-off points

Coaches will pick up and drop off passengers at the following places:

London

London to Forum

London coach will leave from the southern end of Albany Street, outside Melia White House Hotel NW1 4DX (Tube: Regents Park/Great Portland St/Warren St) at 10:30 sharp on Monday 1 September.

Please be there at least 15minutes before to ensure everyone is boarded before 10:30

There is a pitstop planned into the journey

Forum to London

London return coach will be leaving from behind Quinta Hall at 12:30 on Friday 5 September.

Please be there at least 15minutes before to ensure everyone is boarded before 12:15

We cannot guarantee any bookings made after the deadline.

In previous years we have provided a coach from Scotland. We are not providing one this year, our research showed public transport to be the cheapest travel option for you. Please speak to your Staff Worker for more information if you need transport help from Scotland.

Please make sure you select the correct ticket. Be sure to select a return ticket if you want to book both journeys. If you just want a one way ticket be sure to select the right one.
