Can you help design our Christmas card this year?
Every year, UCCF send out a Christmas card to all our lovely supporters. This year, we'd like your help in creating it! We’re looking for a design that reflects the real meaning of Christmas, and leaves our supporters feeling encouraged as they think about our Saviour come down to earth for us.
We welcome entries from any current student who is involved in their CU in some way. You can submit multiple entries.
Please submit your artwork before 12pm BST on Wednesday 27 October 2020.
Upload your file to WeTransfer and email the link, with your 50 word (minimum) narrative, to development@uccf.org.uk. We will respond within three days to confirm we have received your entry.
The shortlist and two winners will be decided by a panel who will judge much like critics evaluate art; they will consider the quality of the work based on how it impacts them. Winners will be notified by email and announced on our Instagram page. We will notify you by email if you have been shortlisted, but unfortunately we won’t be in touch if your work has not been selected.
Two winners will be chosen. First place will receive 10 UCCF keep-cups for you and your CU, and their design printed onto a Christmas card and sent out across the country to all UCCF supporters. Second place will receive 5 UCCF keep-cups, and their design printed onto a second Christmas card. Both the winners’ submissions and the shortlisted works will be shared on our website and social media, and full credit will be given on each card.
Please note the following specifications for your artwork:
It should be your original creative work that hasn’t been used on other platforms.
- A6, portrait or landscape
- Print resolution: 300 DPI (1240pixels x 1748 pixels)
- Any medium, as long as the final file can be presented as a JPEG
- Along with your file, please write at least 50 words on the story behind your submission
